Best looking Stihl saw 031 ?

Being a professional mechanical and architectural designer I have more then a passing interest in good design. I haven't thought of a chainsaw as having any real aesthetic attraction until a I saw a photo of the 031, wow want a beautiful design. I especially like the one with the log and saw logo on the starter cover. I'm now thinking to pick up a dead one, paint in up a put it on a shelf in my office. Any others that I've missed that are real charmers ?

I'm sure someone is going to throw rocks at me, but I have always loved the look of those old vertical cylinder stihl saws too.

Someday I am going to have an 031, but I will use mine I think.:greenchainsaw:

I've got an old 031.I bought because I thought it was cool looking in a ugly duckling sort of way.it's always been reliable until this year, carbs been giving me fits.I've had it about 15 years and it hasn't seen alot of use compared to other saws,but sometimes I'll run it just because.

Oh and by the way,I'm with hillbilly on this one,I like the looks of my 660 better.

I love the 031, plain and simple. Big saw in a small package, kind of reminds me of a mini 056 or the like.
The best looking? I would say it is one of the better looking that Stihl made in that time period... but overall, I just love the look of the 064/066's. Run just as good as they look too.
