On the bench, craftsman 55cc "incredi-pull"

Had to get in running for my brother, unfortunately it leaks oil, and it didn't pump out oil, what's the chances it's not the pump and it's the oil hose going into the tank?

Both gears are good, but it seems the plastic worm gear was loose, the pump assembly has damaged but I can't tell if hurts anything

The only pump assembly I can find is a e-replacements knock off for $7 but it's back ordered. I don't want to buy anything because I have to get to the tank in the case halves to check for cracks and a good feed hose

Don't put too much stock on the "Expected Ship Date" from them, especially if no one else seems to be able to get it.

Yes, that is the same saw blowup that I put up.

I think that is the saw that was only on the market for a short time before it was pulled because it did not meet epa stanards, if so there are no parts available.

Not a Poulan, I believe these were made by MTD, discontinued and quit making parts also. I tried to find an oil pump for one I had and found it next to impossible. That was two years ago. These saws were also made for McCulloch.

The 316 prefix indicates Ryobi but the one I had was made by MTD and looked just like that one and it said "Incredipull" on it also. Parts not exactly plentiful.
