Solo 647

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had an IPL for a Solo 647?
I was wondering if it is supposed to have an outer guide bar plate?
I have one that i fixed and the oiler works, but it doesn't get onto the chain, and it doesn't have an outer guide bar plate, me thinks it should.

I have the IPL but its 9.30 MB, these 2 pages might help, I cant see an outer

thanks for posting the pictures, the saw puts out a lot of oil without the bar on it, i'm thinking maybe it has the wrong bar on it....
