I got the large chip deflector on the small cover. It took drilling a new hole and a little trim but it looks like it will work great.

Yes, that combination is my favorite combination. Can't say I don't like the big covers but for some reason I really like the little cover with the big chip deflector.

Also your rubber deflector will last longer as it isn't getting kinked so bad, as it does with the big cover.

Yeah 2 shops said it won't fit. I thought I'm sure it will fit order me one anyway. That's my 066 Randy.

Cool brotha.

I ordered one for mine when I was using the small cover and didnt realize it wouldnt fit until it got here. So I ended up drilling a hole in mine like youre talking about and it did work great. It makes a big difference knocking the chips down too. :msp_thumbup:

Also, when I finally got the bigger cover, the chip deflector still fit right into it. I've got a brand new small cover if you or anyone else needs one.

The 066s and 064s are very similar except the starters. The 064 is slimmer right there. Looking at them from the bottom is real easy to tell the difference.

Yeah the small cover is the same for the 440, 460, and 660.

Looks good Mike.

I picked up a trick from Cody. When that deflector starts to get gouged out, clean it up good, fill the ding with black shoe goo, and wrap tight with electrical tape. Damn things are spendy for what they are....haven't bought a new one in a year with that little trick.

I thought the one on the cover was worn off it was so short. I got a new one just to see and it was the same length. The large one works a lot better. I'll have to try that trick on the shoe goo and black tape.
