I have ordered a batch of aftermarket carburetors from them over a month ago. According to tracking they have been stuck in Hangzhou without moving for a month now.
I contacted Huztl to ask what's going on and first they told me to wait 30 days (already passed) and then 45 days. Next up 60 days?
Three days ago I ordered the most urgently needed carbs from a no-name eBay Chinese seller. According to tracking they have already left China and are on their way here. Have I mentioned shipping was cheaper to boot?
I ordered several parts over the years from Huztl and I haven't had a problem with shipping and customer service. I usually got my parts in three weeks and if there were problems I usually got a reply that made sense by the time I woke up in the morning. Decent company.
Am I just being unlucky this time around? And if my carbs fail to arrive what are my chances of getting a refund? My old lady just destroyed the rear bumper of her Toyota and I need the cash to fix it!
