Rebuilding a Stihl 044 cylinder and want to know how to determine what size piston arm pin I have, 10mm or 12mm.
I guess I can take it apart and measure first before ordering the new parts.
Any other tips or links to that rebuild to keep me from messin up something?
Thanks in advance

Can you find the serial number and post that, from that the 10mm pin and 12 mm wrist pin saws can usually be sorted out. A serial number lower than 129583701 would likely be a 10mm saw.

I would just measure it since you're going to be rebuilding it and taking it apart anyway
