Well gentlemen I finally found a clean, used 346 NE,it has the 18 inch NK bar with 95vp chain.

First impressions, very smooth to wind up, its been about 15 degrees here lately and it starts and runs with no hesitation.

I have never run a NK setup and was pleasantly surprised at how it cut up an ash tree I have been meaning to remove, ash not being the hardest of wood, but it sliced through it like a ginsu knife.

The saw is very easy to handle, nimble and balanced spot on from my perspective.

I also removed some well overgrown shrubs for a friend and it was very easy to get the job done.

I only took a few pictures and this was the best of them all.

I owned Stihl for over 20 years and have to say i am very impressed with this 346!!
