I'm going to make it a point to gather a bunch of Zogger wood and burn it this winter. Hard times are coming and it's time to learn to be efficient and make use of what's available. And when the stove is hot I'll crack a beer and give a toast to Zogger.

No, I believe he is going to see another Dr for the ALS diagnosis. He is waiting to get into a nursing home.

I’m sorry to report that Mark passed away yesterday afternoon, one day after his 68th birthday due to complications from pneumonia and ALS. He kept his great wit and sense of humor right to the end.

I know he really enjoyed you guys and his time on here which was limited over the last few years due to his issues with bandwith on his phone.

It has been almost 5 months since Zogger passed but I was reminded of his contributions this week when I received a few boxes courtesy of SVK. These were a couple of Zogger's saws that Steve helped him relocate and they will now reside in the museum.



It was clear that these saws had been used but not abused.



And now cleaned up.





I have several of these 32/35/38 cc saws but this is the first "FR" or Factory Reconditioned for me.



It needed a good cleaning.



All better now.





I will bring over some Zoggerwood to complete the display shortly.
