another freebee 2013 42cc chrome bore. Using old dead E10 mix is probably what killed the P/C.
The fuel tank cap was typically ethanol swollen and seized.
Big channel locks get them out OK, then they shrink back to original size after airing out for a week or two.
Came with carry case, but without a bar/chain.
New P/C, carb kit and 18" bar & chain. Being broken in seems OK.
