floods

Company I work for recently got a lightly used 3120. It ran fine when we got it after I adjusted the L for the higher altitude. After a few uses it now run so rich it dies, floods and cannot restart. I was thinking it could be the metering needle. I pulled it and looked at it, nothing obviously...
