Been a while since I’ve posted on here, I’ve been getting into porting saws lately and just finished a silver tag open port 50 Rancher Does anyone have some advice on changes I could make to have it run faster if I did another one? I know it could use a bigger carb and a little transfer work...

When I was a kid my dad had a Husky 50. We cut alot of wood and alot of fence posts. It eventually blew up and I dont know what happened to it. After losing him, Ive always wanted to find a Husky 50 just to have in his memory. Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought a husqvarna 50 at a yard sale for 20 bucks , as I have use other people saw''s in the past , this would be my first , I could tell right off the compression was low on it by the way it felt when you pull it, it has spark, new plug,fresh gas, etc , will not even fire with starting...

Since before Easter I've been working on my Papaws late 80's model 50 Husky. I'm a pretty decent engine mechanic...but 2-strokes turned out to be more than I bargained for haha. Anyway, the saw had a ruined piston and cylinder, had them off in less than 20 minutes. 10 minutes and $23 on eBay...

NOS husky 50 clutch cover. Doing some searching I am coming up with this part is obsolete! Will sell for 27.50 shipped!
