Not yet.... :reading: but maybe with your help...
Someone said to me the other day "Oh you gotta put the Nano on that saw..." I had just told them I was buying a new cs-355t and planned to do a little work to it to wake it up.

Hello my friends!
i bought a husqvarna 350, it's a pre epa, no primer bulb, walbro carb, plastic intake clamp and it has the less desirable 44mm p/c.
1. Is the carb upgrade to zama a straight bolt on, or do i need to change something else.
2. If i delete the base gasget and do a muffler mod...
Finally decided to tackle the little echo saw. I really didn’t think much of the saw stock. Slow chain speed, wrong bar and chain setup when stock. Chattering was an issue. It worked fine for cutting small limbs when up in a tree but that’s about it.
Here’s the muffler part
There really isn’t...
I'm considering doing another mod to my cheap Holtzforma mill by adding some wheels (maybe rollerblade or skateboard wheels) to replace the stock "skids" on the saw-end bar clamps.
I've noticed the steel skids can gouge the natural edge of slabs and also require the occasional bit of saw...
Just bought a MS 460. I'm going to have a 28" bar on it. I occasionally cut some oak for my smoker and lots of folks around here seem to be scared of tackling a larger tree (even when it is on the ground). I was tired of doing it with my MS 290 so I got a slightly more big boy saw.
What sort of...
Looking for what you would do you your 372 x torq. I'm going to throw a new jug and piston in mine and rebuild carb along with a muffler mod. Is their anything else I should do while she is apart that doesn't take anything too fancy or complicated to do?
I just bought a husky 455 rancher and I'm looking to mod it. I have a friend thats a welder and i was thinking of having him build me tuned pipe and i was wondering have the exit hole be 80% of the exhaust port without a screen. what other mods can i do looking to make max power.
So I got a husqvarna 61 rancher from an old woman, replaced the fuel filter and line and cleaned the carb. Started right up, cut okay, didnt wanna stay running after you let off the throttle. I finally bought a compression tester and the absolute highest reading I could get was 120. So what...
Guys, I've searched and found so many different versions of modding MS290 mufflers that I gave up on trying to figure out who was right. Some have opened up every restriction so much that there could not possibly be any back pressure and some haven't while all report "runs better than ever"...
well went into thiesens today to pick up a couple of things, and over in the clearance Isle is an orange saw. pick it up and it's an echo cs-450P with a 50% off sticker on it. air filter doesn't have any dust in it, has a few shavings here and there and had a 3/4 tank of gas. almost started it...
I have a very low hour MS441C-M that had a tree dropped on it and a few cooling fins were broken off the head, in addition to other damage. With the fins being broken, I will need a new head to prevent over heating issues. As i priced things out, I have found several big bore kits that are...
Just picked up a Stihl 046 Mag, no history on the saw. (It was Pawned)
It's in good shape, a little used, but not terrible, and for the price, it was in MUCH better shape than the others I had the opportunity to buy.
So....what should I do before I run it? I already have a new 20" bar/chain...
