An "anti-bucking plate"? Did they mean an unbucking, disbucking,rebucking,or just anti-#*%&$ing bar, cause
there is a lot less #*%&$ing if ya got one.

Im sueing him. There should be a disclaimer on that. Something along the lines of Excessive Bucking Will Detiorate Muscle Mass And You Will Get Soft Eventually.
