034 Sprocket replacement

I just purchased an new 20" rolomatic ES bar for my 034 saw. I need to replace the sprocket and I'm looking for some suggestions. How are the Bailey's Rim and Drum untis I see in their Catalog? Should I go back to my dealer and get a Stihl OEM unit from Him? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Go to your Stihl dealer and get (or have him order!) the newest version Rim sprocket kit kit for 036 and 034. (low $20's) It uses a much larger bearing (went from 13 to 16mm) and lasts a long time.... This change happened in 2000, but was about 10 years overdue! Don't get the older version (still available)

I don't know what chain you are running, but if it was 3/8 .050, you'd order 1125 007 1041

Thanks Lakeside.

I'm running 3/8 - 0.063 chain. Is there a difference in the rim size based on chain gauge? eg. 0.050 vs 0.063, or does the sprocket accept both gauge chains.

Tom
