I picked up a 039 that needed a bit of TLC. I tore it down to do a full inspection and a good cleaning. Now I'm ready for reassembly but I don't have the torque specs for flywheel and clutch. Does anyone have those numbers?

Got-dang it, Andy, I just spent the last 10 minutes looking that up!

A great guy from this site (not "sight" BTW) hooked me up with the manual, this was the first opportunity to use it!!!!

Really, glad you had the info on-hand so quickly.

Bob

Lakeside, thank you I appreciate it.

Bump_r, would you manual happen to be a digital copy? If so please share the wealth. I'm rusty on my magnetos and have run into a snag as to where one of the wires goes. Blasted CRS...

3 messages sent. Well 4, actually, but the first is trash. Coming from an earthlink addy, check your spam folder if you don't see 'em soon.

I just know where to find them quickly...:)

I'm sure you asked me this question a year ago!! ;)

When you open a document (technote, manual etc), there are a series of icons at the top of the page. These are from Adobe Acrobat reader. if you don't see them, press F8 - it toggles them on/off. The third icon from the left is the planet with and envelope on it. That's the email linkage.

If you want to send a portion of an IPL, you must first copy it to the clipboard (right click->copy) then paste it into paint etc. The save to a file and email it that way. PITA. You can also use a variety of 3rd part screen capture programs....
