064 carburetor replacement

So question for you guys, I currently have an 064 with a WJ-6A carburetor with the flat cover on top without the compensator port scoop.

What can I replace this with? Can I use an 066/ MS660 carburetor and simply replace the compensator port scoop with the vented cover (vent hole) from the wj6a.

Or maybe there is a better option that I am not thinking about.

yes you can.
Best carb for an 064 is a WJ10 if you can get one.
It's a pre epa carb.
