I have run 3 tanks of gas in the 066 after installing the new crank.
Yesterday I went to start it, put the choke on 3 pulls, no pop.
Took the choke off, pulled 7 or 8 times it started (flooded). After work
tonight same thing..........let saw set for 2 hours after running it,
did not set the choke, fast idle and 2 pulls it started. I guess
tomorrow night I will try starting it with out the choke. Something
don't seem right.......Any ideas? Saw runs good and idles good.

yep - vapor pressure from the fuel tank can push past a bad needle easily. Shake the saw, and pull off the fuel hose by mistake if you don't believe me... I've had saws that fill the entire crankcase!

I'm going to go turn the saw on its right side and loosen fuel cap
leave it over night, see what happens tomorrow. Or drain the fuel

Thanks
