076 Flywheel torque ?

I am completing a "rebuild" of an 076,and have no idea what the torque should be on the flywheel nut,or for that matter the Clutch nut.
Any help will be much appreciated.

My Service manual says 35Nm for the flywheel nut.

The clutch hub is to be tightened to 70 Nm with the clutch wrench, and the hexagon nut tightened to 40Nm.
