10mm b-line split tail ,not e2e ,split tail with 11mm ropes

anybody using this as a split tail ,i know on 13mm ropes it locks up BAD so im a little weary of ordring some ,i dont have 10mm bline around at the moment so i cant try it out

I've experienced no problems with it locking on my 13mm. I weigh 200 no gear.

anybody actually worn a b-line out??


i burned out of a tree the other day and noticed some threads were broken

I've worn out the splice on one, and it had quite a few little knicks on the kern mantle.

I've had no problem with it locking. maybe on a 4 or 6 wrap prussik, but with a VT or similar, it slides nicely. of course thats on an E 2 E, so irrelevant

FW, On the right Im using 10mm ocean, VT on 12.7mm samson vortex, works better than 8mm, for me........the 8mm grabbed way to hard.

On the left is a lanyard I put together with 11.7 bluemoon, 8mm ocean...a winning combo if you ask me
