The chipper was turning over but not starting, so I changed spark plugs and the coil, I also tried bypass the "murphy switch," which is a button that has to be pressed in when you start the chipper and held for 3-5 seconds after it has ran. After these fixes, it started right up, no problem, except the starter wouldn't disengage, it kept spinning. It actual engages the starter when the key is turned to the "on" position, without turning it to crank. So I put the murphy switch back in and the same thing, it would start but the starter had constant power in the "on" position.
