A good post mtngun!Excellent! - did you see my post about my lopro experience?I have a big black tool box for CS work I work out of in my shop and I just put that in the van when I go milling so I have just about everything with me, including a set of spare nuts and bolts.Interesting! I'm surprised but it is possible I guess. If it were me once everything else is bedded down I'd be looking to mess with the cutter profile to see if that could be increased by 500 rpm or so. I'd start by decreasing the amount of hook and increasing the cutting angle very slightly.My next mill will have 4" ID wheels Yep - it helps quite a bitYeah - this is a PITA and is why I went for an insert on the mill that holds a ruler and work to that.Please keep us posted.
