Are they? I have two top covers....

.....one on each of my 111S'!!!!!

HAHAHAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

But seriously, there are still no compression pictures, no vid of them running. Even as an investment for the parts, a buyer wants to know that the P/C isn't scored and the ignition fires.

If you took time to read the ad you would see ?? S

Ok, what would I see? The guy in NH with 10 posts on AS says that the pistons and cylinders are clean? I'm sure you are a very nice and honest person. Hell, I'm from NH myself. NH folks are pretty decent people, as a rule.... But there is no way on God's earth most chainsaw afficionados would plunk $1200 for two chainsaws assembled with 98% NLA parts (some of which are already missing) without video of them running, and some compression numbers.

Not trying to s--t in your cheerios, but 'dems the bones of it. Sad to say it, but those saws may be worth more $$$ parted out.

Now if you can find the air cleaners and covers you mentioned, and you can provide better proof that they run with good compression, I think you have a nifty pair.

And I wasn't laughing at you. I was laughing at everyone who doesn't have a matched pair of 111S'. ;)

I have a nice matching pair of complete, good running 111s's, I will be placing 1 on Ebay this coming week, will have to figure out how to attach a video...

I'm still trying to figure out how in the hell someone can lose 2 air filter covers and filters for saws the owner thinks are high value pieces..

And like said those parts are like hens teeth to find and would drive the value down 75% to me anyway. Colletor saws have to be complete to command colletor saw money. At least thats the way I look at it when I'm buying..

Perhaps "barn finds" being flipped for a quick buck?
