You never returned my call about the wraptor part (spark plug protector thingy)?? I was the one complaining about sherrill dragging their feet, and me having to ship the part back out to you.

No big deal. It just seems like it's been dragging out for at least a few weeks now, getting a bit impatient. I guess if a pic won't suffice, I'll have to send it out.

How many hours on the chipper?

4000 hours and still being used dailey. Call me direct and we can sort it out, I will send you a part if you guarantee you will send me the bad one. I have replaced 2 so far and never got one back and NEED to see one to see what the problem is with them.

Sounds fair enough. You send me a new one, and I promise to send you the bad one. I can tell you what it is though, that tiny piece of flatstock, that connects the top of that bracket to the back of the winch, broke at the top of the upper screw hole. I think you need to beef it up.. maybe a bigger piece of flatstock, and some small supports on the side? I dunno, that's your deal. Good product, though, other than this minor problem!!

Text me your address and I will get one headed to you this weekend. Strange that we have sold 200 or so Wraptors and just now started to see this problem. Need to check the metal stock to see if it has changed or what is going on, we had a couple of those break on the bottom end so beefed that up but never seen them break on the top.

Show some gratitude and by my chipper so I can get my "dream chipper" (cone head 510)

Will do. And thanks, paul! I heard you were a good dude! I'll make sure I do actually send you the broken piece. Not sure mine is the best to go by, as we already attempted to repair it, but no problem. Oh, and I think it actually broke above the screw hole (but on flat piece) at first. Maybe the heat from welding fatigued it?

At any rate, good luck with selling your chipper. I'll have to spec out that conehead sometime, sounds interesting..
