I have a 2008 Vermeer BC1000xl forward stopped working. LEDs appear to be working. Tach stays dim. Status doesn't light up. I cleaned and adjusted the magnetic pickup. How can you test a magnetic pickup. $225 at Vermeer. I'd like to be able to make sure, not just buy parts.
