Worst year I've seen in the 17 years I've been living here.
Born and raised Ontarian (Southern Ontario , Canada)
This year the outbreak of their caterpillars was immense.
They're everywhere.
First they ate all our Northern Red oaks to nothing along with any fruit trees like apple or pear.
Then they got to going on all the other trees, Birch, Beech, Maple, Poplar, Aspen, Cedar, Pine, Cherry, Hickory...and a lot of shrubbery too.
