My goals in five years.

I would purchase-
•Large capacity great condition chip truck used in the $40,000 range
•15 inch capacity chipper in the $55,000 range
•85 foot spider lift in the $100,000 range.
•Used F550 with flatbed that could fit spider lift, as well as a 14 foot dump trailer $30,000
•Mini skidtsteer $35,000

At least half of that (probably more) would go into a decent shop on a few acres to have room to move around and keep things accessible.

Then I'd have room to store the spider lift that the left over funds would pay for (along with a trailer for it).
Or perhaps chipper and truck.
I'd think hard about using a small portion of $250K on a sonic tomographer.
