3120 leaking bar oil like a siv

Leaks when not in use. Pretty dang new saw also. Got another issue. 2nd time firing it up it acts likes it getting no gas seems like and wants to die when hitting the gas even after sitting only 15-20 minutes. Acts like it wants to be warmed back up. Starting it cold tho it doesn’t do this.

I dont think I own a saw that doesn't leak when storing. Thing you can do is crack the oil cap and let the pressure out before you put it up. That might help. And your other issue might be a bad or clogged tank vent/vapor locking. Open the fuel cap and see if there is pressure in the tank. If there is I would definitely look at the vent. Should be no pressure at all in the fuel tank.
