3120xp oiler

Just put a new 3120 into service this weekend limbing doug fir in preperation for milling. Set the oiler according to the manual (1 1/2 turns open for a 36" bar) and noticed that the oil tank runs out of oil before the fuel tank runs empty. Also noticed that upon initial inspection of saw out of the box that the auxiliary oiler cable was set so tight that I couldn’t even move the lever to the locked position, had to turn the cable adjuster all the way in just to get slack enough to push the lever over far enough to lock. Does this sound familiar to other 3120 owners? Thnx bman

we normally can't keep ours wet enough, and we run a 42 inch bar.

heviarti, do you run out of oil before fuel, assuming both are topped up? what about the aux oiler?
