346 vs 5100

Anyone run the husky 346 against the dolmar 5100? How do they compare?

I guy I know has been using the 346 and now switched to the dolmar for carving. he is on this site maybe he will reply.

I have both, each modded by Ed Heard. The 5100 is a tad faster and has a bit more torque.

Where I live the 5100 is stronger in stock form. Modified the 346 is ahead of the 5100. Both EHP worksaws.

We run both are we are leaning toward the 5100's they will out run the Husky's out of the box. All of our saws are stock. Both are great runners!
