346XP Carb Limiters - Where does the min. adjustment range begin in actual # of turns?

I'm curious if anyone here knows the adjustment range of a stock 346XP OE carb with H/L limiters. I assume the min. setting of the limiter is not a fully seated jet screw? But do they start at 1 turn out?

(ie)
Min of H limiter = ? turn(s) out of actual jet screw
Min of L limiter = ? turn(s) out of actual jet screw

If they started at 1 turn out there would be no need to remove them.

I don't know the answer to your question. I doubt that every saw or every run of saws is the same.
