353 muffler mod

I thought at 1 time i remember seeing a thread on a 353 muf mod.Cant seem to find it now.Any have the link?

It has Cat7 on the front of the muffler.

David, my 2 cents would be to pick up a non-cat muffler and mod it instead of the cat one. You could, of course, mod the cat muffler. You will still have the heat-retaining characteristics (and carcinogen) to contend with. EHP normally recommends an opening of approximately 85% of the exhaust port.
