353 tank vent

Can anyone give me advice on how to check/clean the tank vent on a 353? It would be appreciated. Ran the saw hard yesterday and put it down for a few minutes. After starting it back up, it bogged under throttle...and sounds like a vent issue as I read here. Thanks.

Check the fuel tank vent location out on this IPL, to clean it all you need to do is to spray a little starting fluid across the vent pill. Do not use carb cleaner or brake cleaner and also spray across it not directly straight at it, as this will just push the dust further into it.

Just"under and behind"the handle,clutch side.Its recessed in the top part of the tank.You gonna see a round hole in the tank,look closely its kinda hidden.See where the file is on the pic.

No disassembly needed,just get more space between the tank and the case by inserting a screwdriver or something to get more space to reach the vent.To see if your vent is blocked ,keep the saw idle for awhile and the oopen the fuel cap SLOWLY,if you hear air coming out,then she is blocked.
