Hey guys I need some help!! I'm looking for a 36"bar and a skip tooth full chisel chain to fit the Poulan 3400 to 6700serese saws. .050 3/8 and dont know number of drive links. My guess is 112DL. I have found 28" 30" and a 32" with very limited info and most NFS. I know there out there as have pictures and videos of them on these saws. Please dont scold me for wanting to do this. I know these saws arent high hp or rpm. I have a couple I have been playing with that really run good so far. Ported Base delete MM Timing advance Increased air flow. I want a long bar for cutting ice. Bucking firewood without bending over. I have a redoak blown down thats 4 1/2 ft around the trunk that i would like to slab off and see what it looks like in the center. The cross referance I have found is really poor too. I know there is other saws with the same bar

You'll probably have more luck finding what you want in a D009 mount & find some tube thats 8mm ID, 9mm OD to make a couple of spacers for the bar nuts so the 9mm slot fits snugly. You may have to file the tensioner holes slightly, but other than that I believe everything should line up close enough.
Bar doesn't need to be .050", just need the chain to match the bar

D009 is great for old saws can adapt it no worries. I make S clips up out of whatever sheet is handy. Used old corrugated iron even. Wrap it around a stud and then back over to the other stud gently grind the surfaces that sit on the bar until it the bar fits on. Drill or cut oil holes to suit and use a chain file for the adjusters if need be. DOO9s are down the road at your local

Jethro and JD have pretty much covered it except that I believe large Echo saws use the same mount.
The large Poulan countervibes don't have a lot of chainspeed, but they sure do have grunt. Use the skiptooth and just let her chew through at her own pace and I don't think you will have a problem.
The additional manual thumb driven oiler helps too.
I have used a 32" bar on my 5200 with full complement of cutters (mainly because a 32" skip chain was hard to find) without issues.
Good luck. I could swear Oregon used to make bigger D0176 bars, but the biggest I see listed on their site now is 28".
