4 way Wedge on Vertical/Horizontal Splitter

Has anyone figured out an easy way to install a 4 way wedge on a horizontal/vertical splitter. I keep thinking of something should be easier then a massive welding job and removing lots of pins when I want to uninstall it.

I am not sure if DHT still offers it but they had a 4 way wedge on beam for their horizontal/vertical.
