I am doing an overhaul on my 4400-4, new cutter and jackshaft bearings, polychain belt and possibly a new cutter wheel with pockets and teeth. The wheel I have on now is the original with over 900hr on the machine. The wheel has some wear around the pockets. Can the wheel be resurfaced?
I priced a sanvik revolution from New River for $1975 includes the pockets and teeth. I haven't priced a new wheel from carlton yet but wondering if going this route with greentheeth will save me money and give me better performance or is the sanvik disc the way to go?

I have the same model with 700 hours, I plan to put the Sanvik on it when I replace it. Also suggest you replace the timing belt if you have the Deutz diesel.
