I've only recently taken an interest in vintage saws, don't know very much about them; seeking opinions on the ball-park values for the early 250 (marked 62481 &101597 ), the early 10-10 (with the recoil on the left), and the 795. I currently have the 795 and the 250. I'm going to keep the 795 (unless I luck onto a 797 !) as a memento of my days in the Big Timber, but would much rather have an early 10-10 than the 250. Are the values comparable? I haven't got the 250 started yet, or even cleaned up much, but It's got decent compression so I'm pretty sure I can get it running. It has a 19" McCulloch bar with a pretty decent chain. Also would love to aquire a McCulloch tin hat with the big M on the front if it doesn't break the bank
Please let me know if there are any other members from Alaska, I would love to get in touch with them, thanks
