Sorry it took do long to reply the only pic I have it is hard to see but the governer sits right behind the water pump.

Well it looks like that's got a mechanical governor. .. I guess I've got an oddball it's specific to bucket trucks. When you engage the pistol grip it idles up the engine... yours looks to be all mechanical and I love this truck 89 gmc 62ft working height altec am755 with 2k material handler it gets better fuel mileage than my 2500hd. Does your engine run?

Yes sir the engine runs fine and tr any is good the rear is missing the two speed switcher though
