I recently purchased an 89 f350 with a Versalift Tel 28 G serial # 58957
Got the onan genset w/ hyd pump running well and found one of the solenoid hydraulic valves on the pedestal was sticking sometimes. Well, the cartridge was bent from some impact and when I spun it off it sheared . Oh crap. Does anyone know where I can find a used unit? They no longer sell new and the updated valve assembly costs over a grand.
The rest of the unit works well but I'm dead in the water until fixed.
The original valve assembly is a United Technology But the updated unit is a Waterman.
I'd be grateful to find either as a whole assembly from a wrecked or out of commission unit.
I can rebuild it if it's still viable, better, faster , stronger...
