All Black Walnut trees in Boulder Co. must come down from Beetles/virus.
I can get all the free walnut i need, debark if i haul.
So the question is since i have a wood kiln (solar) will 135-150 degrees kill the beetle/virus?
If so how long should i leave the logs in?
I basically sell firewood and make furniture.
Don't need the wood police on my Butt!(like they are with the pine beetle).
Thanks for any reply
Mark
