No, a clients home. Lots more wood for that house. My camera and memory card got smashed.

I can relate on both counts. I am on my fourth camera. I just milled pine for the walls and ceiling of a 2,000 sqft home. Now I am milling the wood for a second fish watching cabin. It is always good to see the wood that you have milled be used in a predominant location like the front of that house.

Just out of curiosity, will those beams be getting treated with something or are they treated already and just look natural?

Very nice... love that wooden timber frame out front like that. Do you know if they will let it get naturally greyish or are they going to try and treat it so it stays looking like that? Personally, I'd go for the gray natural finish... but that's me.

They got painted dark brown and then polyurethaned.

Not my first choice. But they do look good.(quote from Deeker)

How were the beams put together? Did you use traditional joinery or some other methods? I would like to know if timber screws are used with some joinery or if only in post and beam construction.

I did not put it together. Sorry for the delay in answering.
