A little help for a bid

I have a neighbor who asked me to take out some juniper bushes in her front yard. About 25x35 Ft. 2 feet high.

I wanna say there is about a handful of them in there.

What is a fair price?

Of course pull them out and at least the majority of roots. I would like it get a lot of it out because it's already pretty healthy loose soil under them. And clean it up, smooth it out.

In my area, you would be looking at around $1500.00. Are you familiar with juniper rash? Are you hand digging the stumps out or do you have a machine?
