I swear I'm gonna get some burlap bags and a gallon of paint. Set up a web site and sell wood over the internet.

Money for wood

I could buy every new saw that I ever wanted if I could sell wood at these prices. Some guy sells seven pieces of split hickory for about thirty bucks. I'd cut down every hichory I could find for that price. I wonder if I could chip the brush, and sell that too.

Harley you should be ashamed of yourself, this forum NEVER gets off topic:D

$1.00/lb for stupid firewood that "crackles". WOW.
I am in the wrong business

look further at the guys website, you'll see he sells regular firewood for $140/cord. That's cheap.

I never heard of a chiminea, sounds like an interesting mexican novelty. The wood they sell for it is small pieces. Found another site that sells for almost as much $. If i were down south, I'd sure as heck find a way to sell small or branch wood at that price! Sell a cord, about 150 bags, for $4000, cool!

Thanks for the link, Harley, I kniw I'd lern sumthun tidday...

Not a bad price for a cord of hardwood, but it's a heck of a job to sell a cord of pine as firewood around here

BTW, we've been infected with chimineas around here, one more heavy thing to move out of the drop zone

A chimimea is a cast metal, fruity, ornamental outdoor fireplace/stove type thing. And don't forget to use that special wood! :)

With chimney's/Pipe...Just remember that the outside diameter always must be bigger than the inside diameter otherwise you risk a serious risk of injury when you lite the stove.....I did see however once or twice in Ontario where the inside dia. was lager....I mean larger than the O.D. and it did proove to be warmer, but not for very long. AFFFFLACKKK !!!! :D
