Howdy Y'all,
I'm here in Texas and can't truly say I'm an Arborist, though I do enjoy any reason I have to break out my chainsaw! Recently we had a storm come through and do quite a bit of damage and downed/split some trees and ripped the top off of some others. I went to grab my trusty 025 and got it to run for a session but later gave me issues. Long story short, I thought I was removing the block from the casing and ended up lifting the cylinder off the lower end so now its time for a rebuild. I also tried to get a small chainsaw to get going while my 025 is down and snagged an Eager Beaver 2.0 in good shape though probably needs a carb cleaning and fuel lines. Now I think the bug has got me and I've been looking forward to picking up another project chainsaw, preferably older, though that probably won't be for a while. I look forward to learning all I can here, thanks for having me.
