I just hung up from a dude that thought I was working on his street this week. He was yelling at me for leaving a mess all over the street and in the median, wood and garbage. I told him it wasn't me. I was not working anywhere near that area. He said the guy had my shirt on, that's how he got the number. FREAKIN AWESOME. Told him that it was not me, that he needed to talk to his neighbor and find out who he hired to do the job. Explained to him that it must be a guy that used to work for me, wearing my shirt. Asked him to describe him to me, he said he was wearing a helmet. White guy, skinny and younger..................OK, that describes them all. I asked if he would call me back to tell me what his neighbors says. I want to know. I don't need this BS. What a F'ing tool bag. WHY? Why! I cannot figure out the motivation behind that, other than, maybe, it was the only thing he had clean. If he was trying to hurt me.........well, the whole picture wouldn't any make sense. I am guessing I know who it is, and he is just a F'ing retard. I will now, for now on, require shirts to be returned before receiving a last paycheck.

I have also thought about requiring all logo apparal to be return after there employment. I have heard people say they seen my employee in the bars wearing my shirt.

I got a call the other day from a landscaper that wanted me to grind his stumps. I stopped out and gave him a price. I had a bad feeling in my stomach about this guy, because he wanted me to only grind the stumps down to 2" below the ground or even with the grass. WTF i thought. I priced it to grind them the right way. There was another stump by the front door, I asked him about that one, and he said, I am going to plant a new shrub there and you wont be able to grind the yew he just cut off ldeep enough to plant a new shrub, so he was gonna chop it with a axe. I was gonna do it friday, but I broke my glasses, and because of the holiday weekend, I wanted to get new ones asap. I called him and told him I wasnt gonna be out, but I would be out the begining of the week. He called me a couple hours later and asked me to call his customer. I would never have a sub call my customer, but to each his own. I was busy so I figured I would call him when I got done, and I would also know my schedule better then also. I pick my phone up and notice this landscape guy called me like 4 more times and this other number. I check my voice mail, one message from some guy, giving no info but his name and phone number. I call him back, its the customer. He wants to know what happen to getting his stumps ground. I said didnt he call you? No he said. I told him what happend, and that I would be out in the begining of the week. I asked him who was gonna be paying me, him or the landscaper. He said in a angry tone, I already paid him. I will be getting a check from this landscaper before I grind these stumps so I make sure I get paid.
