Nothing groundbreaking, but I added some rollers to my Alaskan. 4 union nuts and a couple cheap solid rubber wheels off Lowes casters. Total investment is about $12. Ignore the horrible welding, haven't used my stick welder in about 5 years. Good thing 7014 is kinda brainless to run :)Alaskan1.jpg Alaskan2.jpg
 
Looks good, especially for cant work, locating the wheels in the same plane as the bar is the best way to minimise mill frame racking
What you will find is that when slabbing the top/ bottom most parts of the log the lower/upper parts of the bar clamp will make contact with the log before the wheels will.
One way around this is to locate the wheels further forward of the front of the clamp but of course this will be at the expense of cut width.
 
I could get two more sets of wheels and add them above and below on the same axles for a 6wd mill :). Just need longer screws or separate screws that meet in the middle of the center wheels. That wouldn't be a little overboard would it? LOL
