i have a question about adjusting the low speed jet. what are you saposed to look for ? smooth accelleration ? a slight burble on at the very beginning of the accelleration ? i can hear the difference in lean and rich .. im just scared of leaning it out to much.. from factory it seems to be a bit rich on the low end.. and it sounds like its loading up a bit on idle.. should i need to take the caps off the screws on this saw in order to get it dialed in right ? Thanks for any help

Remove the limiter and throw it away, use a dremel or something to remove it.If you can feel difference between lean and rich, then bring it where you feel she is just beginning to lean and stop turning the lo speed screw. From there open the lo speed just a bit to lose the feeling of lean mixture. After that, give a blip on the throttle to wot,if she dont refuses at the bottom, then you are ok.

If it bogs when you hit the throttle, it's too lean.
If you hold it level, let it idle for 20 seconds, then quickly tip it forward and it slows down or dies, it's too rich (excess fuel builds up in the saw and dumps in as you tip it).
If it idles, doesn't bog down when you hit the throttle, doesn't slow after 20 second idle saw movment, then it's just right.
This should be very close to factory recommended setting, unless there has been some kind of saw modification. If not, check for carb problems and/or air leaks.
