Aftermarket clutch for Husqvarna 262 possibilty

Looks like a option for building 262's from 261's with out hurting the wallet to hard. I did email them to verify if it is a three shoe clutch.

I have had some great aftermarket clutches with the oem design. I have had some clutch out easier with less holding power also. I try to use a used oem before a aftermarket because of this. I do have better luck with the drum and clutch kits since I still am forced to use them sometimes.

no, I have not tried them....but I did see that auction the other day, it caught my eye. very cool that they have an AM solution to the 3 puck clutch issue.

maybe I'll get one and use it to convert my dads 261 into a 262

I have a similar one and the tread is loose on a Husqvarna 55 crank.

a clutch from a 357/359 works.

Do you need the flat washer behind the clutch with the 357/359 clutch?
