Alaskan in Colorado Springs?

Hey all, been lurking for ages. Build lots of furniture but am moving into the "make my own lumber" mode.

Im trying to find someone close or in C Springs who has an Alaskan and a little time on a weekend that would be willing to demo, and pass on what they've figured out with it.

There's a ton of great videos but there's nothing like hands on, actually using a tool repetitively to make an expert.

If someones willing I have beer.

Lots of beer here in PA too. Used to live in CS years ago Cimmaron Hills. Lots of beer there too.

Welcome to the site. Man do you know how to make friends!!! I'd drive out next weekend, MD's not that far, but I have a fishing tournament, ratz. I'm sure you'll get a taker on the beer. You have some pretty country out there. Went to Philmont with the Scouts a couple years ago, took the cog railway up Pikes Peak, that was a blast, Joe.
