Altec Bucket Issues

Hey all. I have an Altec bucket that I use for my telecom business that is having issues. It works great in the morning, but as the temps pass 70, it starts to slow down. Bad.

Could this be something simple like a clogged filter, or is it a major problem? The fluid level is good and the oil is a little dirty but no signs of water or air. System is not vented that I can find, but even running without the reservoir cap on does not help.

i recently bought an altec bucket as well i learned that there are certain fliuds for different temps and that they must be changed every two years at least. using the right fluid makes a difference there are altec techs able to answer questions at 1800goaltec.
