I have Hammock Land here in Florida 20 minutes south of Daytona.
Been busy, but have a large variety of trees, that are just well, falling all over the place.
A large swath was cut in January 50' wide in a two mile loop for a hunt club behind me and the pickins are easy.
All kinds of growth for Florida conditions compared to say NorF Carolina or New York, yet same basic tree.
